نرم افزار ها حرف اول و آخر را در طراحی یک شبکه می زنند . اگر شما طرحی از شبکه را آماده کنید که از نظر علمی فوق العاده باشد , اما کاربران نتوانند با نرم افزار های خود سرعت را حس کنند , این طرح فاقد ارزش است.
