آشنایی با موضوع
کابل یک یا چند هادی ( تک یا چند رشته ) است به طوری که هر هادی به وسیله عایق واحدی عایق کاری شده است و مجموعه هادی های عایق دار نیز در داخل یک پوشش اضافی قرار گرفته باشد. کابل از قسمتهای زیر تشکیل شده است .
١- هادی ها : هادیها باید از کلاس ١ یا ٢ و از جنس مس یا آلومینیوم مطابق استاندارد شماره ٣٠٨۴ ( هادیها سیم وکابل ) باشند
2- عایق : عایق باید به صورت دی الکتریک یکپارچه اکسترود شده ویکی از موارد زیر باشند:
PE یا PVC/B الف- ترمو پلاستیک
XLPE : ب- الا ستومریک
١- پوشش الکترو استاتیکی رشته ها : -٣
١– پرده پوشش الکترو استاتیکی هادی -٣-١
این پوشش غیر فلزی بوده وشامل نوارهای نیمه هادی یا لایه هایی از ترکیبات نیمه هادی اکسترود شده و یا ترکیبی از هر دوی اینها می باشد .
١- پوشش الکترو استاتیکی عایق -٣-٢
الف- قسمت غیر فلزی مستقیمّا روی عایق هر رشته به کار رفته و از یک نوار نیمه هادی یا لایه ای از ترکیب نیمه هادی اکسترود شده ویا ترکیبی از مواد یا هر کدام از آنها با اندود نیمه هادی می باشد .
ب- قسمت فلزی روی هر رشته منفرد یا کل رشته ها اعمال می گردد .و بایستی از یک یا تعدادی نوار یا مفتول بافته
شده ویا یک لایه هم مرکز یا ترکیبی از مفتولها و نوارها تشکیل شده باشد .
١- نوار مسی -۴
به صورت مارپیچی روی پوشش الکترو استاتیکی فلزی قرار می گیرد.
١- غلاف فلزی بایستی به صورت غلاف سربی با شد. -۵
١- زره -۶
زره می تواند یکی از موارد زیر باشد.
الف- زره با مفتول تخت
ب- زره با مفتول گرد
زره با نوار دوتایی
مفتولها باید از جنس فولاد گالوانیزه ، فولاد با اندود سرب، آلومینیوم یا آلیاژ آلومینیوم باشد . نوارها باید فولادی ،
فولاد گالوانیزه آلومینیوم یا آلیاژ آلومینیوم باشد . نوارهای فولادی باید از نوع گرم یا سرد نورد شده ب ا کیفیت
تجاری باشند.
برای شناسائی کابلها از حروفی استفاده می‌شود که روی کابلها نوشته شده است برخی از این حرف طبق استاندارد آلمان V.D.E بشرح زیر می‌باشد:
N کابل با هادی مسی
NR کابل با هادی ألومینیوم
Y علامت عایق پرتو دور می‌باشد
H علامت ورق متالیزه می‌باشد
T سیم تحمل کننده در کابل کشی هوایی
R حفاظت فولادی نواری شکل
Y روکش کمربندی پرتو دور
R هادی دایره‌ای شکل می‌باشد
E هادی یک رشته و دایره‌ای می‌باشد
M هادی چند رشته
S هادی بشکل مثلث
