خشونت محیط کاری در برابر پرستاران: یک مطالعه مقطعی

Experiences of workplace violence are prevalent among Chinese nurses, and several complex factors are associated with a greater risk of such violence, including nurses’ personal characteristics, work settings, and work environments. Our results might help nursing managers understand their employees’ work status. We recommend that nursing leaders provide and enhance education and support for high-risk groups to help protect Chinese nurses from workplace violence.
