-کاهش اشتباه ها و در نتیجه افزایش صحت داده ها
-تقویت امنیت سازمان
-افزایش کارایی از طریق خودکار کردن پردازش های تجاری و حذف مراحل غیرضروری
-بهبود مدیریت پردازش های تجاری از طریق شیوه های کاری استاندارد و توانایی بازرسی بهتر
-بالا رفتن سطح انعطاف پذیری در سازمان
-بهبود پردازش های تجاری از طریق ساده سازی آنها
-ایجاد زمان مطمئن برای تحویل کالا یا سرویس تولیدی
-کاهش انبارداری به حداقل
-بهبود خدمات رسانی به مشتریان
