Challenges for the future of industrial labor in manufacturing and logistics using the example of order picking systems

معمولاً در هر کارخانه یک سیستم گردش اطلاعات وجود دارد که در قالب فرم هایی حاوی برخی اطلاعات می باشد که به عنوان مجوز تحویل و ارسال کالا بین انبار یا کارگاه های مختلف تولید مورد استفاده قرار می گیرند. مانند استفاده از فرم های درخواست کالا، برنامه تولید و درخواست خرید یا سفارش و... به طور مثال اگر واحد مونتاژ به قطعاتی نیاز داشته باشد لازم است فرم درخواست کالا از انبار تکمیل و توسط مقام های مجاز امضاء شود و معمولاً این فرم ها در چند نسخه تهیه و بعد از تکمیل شدن امضا های مجاز و دریافت کالا از انبار توسط قسمتی که عهده دار این امر است به بخشهای مختلف کارخانه مانند انبار، تولید(مونتاژ)، حسابداری و... ارسال می گردد. این امر مستلزم مقدار زیادی کار دفتری می باشد که در کارخانه ها امری معمولی شده و جزیی از سیستم و کار روزمره آنها را تشکیل می دهد. در شرکت های مدرن و پیشرفته مانند تویوتای ژاپن گردش اطلاعات و روش ارسال و تحویل مواد و کالا بوسیله کانبان صورت می گیرد. کانبان کلمه ای ژاپنی و به معنی کارت می باشد و عبارت از برگه ای کاغذی و یا کارتی پلاستیکی که درون یک پاکت پلاستیکی شفاف قرار دارد. روی این برگه یا کارت اطلاعاتی در مورد مواد و قطعه و فرایند قبلی است که هنگام تحویل کار توسط فزایندهای بعدی مورد استفاده قرار می گیرد و سودمند خواهد بود و همچنین ممکن است کانبان حاوی اطلاعاتی در مورد سفارش کار یا حمل و نقل باشد. این کارت ها در واقع جایگزین فرم های فوق شدند.
