First adoption of consumer innovations: Exploring market failure and alleviating factors
نوآوری در سازمان های کارآفرین به صورت رویکردی بسیار با اهمیت دنبال می شود. در گذشته تولید بیشتر و بازدهی بالاتر عامل کلیدی موفقیت در کسب و کار بود. اما امروزه کلید موفقیت در نوآوری است. کارآفرینی شامل خلاقیت، نوآوری و مخاطره پذیری است.
همه سازمانها برای بقا نیازمند اندیشه های نو و نظرات بدیع و تازه اند. خلاقیت و نوآوری چنان به هم درآمیخته اند که ارائه تعریف مستقلی از هرکدام دشوار است. خلاقیت، پیدایی و تولید یک اندیشه و فکر نو است درحالی که نوآوری عملی ساختن آن اندیشه و فکر است.
برای آنکه ایده جدیدی خلق شده و توسعه یابد، باید نیروهای پیش برنده بر نیروهای بازدارنده غلبه کنند و شرایط به گونه ای باشد که نیروهای پیش برنده ما را به سوی نظر و شیوه جدید رهنمون گردد. در زمینه فنون و تکنیک های خلاقیت و نوآوری شیوه های متنوعی مانند تحرک مغزی، ارتباط اجباری، تجزیه و تحلیل مورفولوژیک (ریخت شناسانه)، گردش تخیلی، سوالات ایده برانگیز تفکر موازی مدنظر بوده که عمده این روشها در راستای رفع انسدادهای ادراکی و پرورش نوآوری نقش تسهیل کنندگی دارند.
طبق آخرین دستاوردهای علمی، عوامل موثر درخلاقیت و نوآوری به چهار دسته تقسیم شده، این عوامل عبارتند از: به کارگیری وجذب نیروهای خلاق و نوآور به سازمان، امکانات مناسب تحقیقاتی ومالی برای کوشش های نوآورانه، آزادی عمل کافی در انجام فعالیتها و تلاشهای خلاق همچنین به کارگیری نتایج حاصل ازفعالیت های خلاق و دادن پاداش مناسب به افراد خلاق.
